Applications
The Applications section contains the primary operational modules of Last Mile Intelligence. The main navigation is organized into top-level applications and workspaces.
Top-Level Applications
Section titled “Top-Level Applications”These applications are always accessible from the main navigation:
- Home - Dashboard and overview
- All Tasks - Task management across all modules
- Analytics - Reports and data analysis
- Operator - AI-powered assistant
Workspaces
Section titled “Workspaces”Workspaces group related functionality by business area. Each workspace contains modules specific to that function.
Sales & CRM
Section titled “Sales & CRM”Manage your customer relationships, track leads, and close opportunities.
- Accounts - Manage customer accounts
- Contacts - Track individual contacts
- Leads - Capture and nurture leads
- Opportunities - Track sales opportunities
Operations
Section titled “Operations”Plan and execute fuel delivery operations.
- Bobtail - Bobtail delivery planning
- Service - Service scheduling and management
- Transport - Transport dispatch planning
Financial
Section titled “Financial”Manage billing, payments, and receivables.
- Receivables - Track accounts receivable
- ACH/EFT - ACH and EFT payment processing
- Credit Card - Credit card payments
- E-Check - Electronic check processing
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”Switching Between Workspaces
Section titled “Switching Between Workspaces”Click on a workspace name (Sales & CRM, Operations, or Financial) to expand it and see the available modules. Click on a module to navigate to it.
Workspace Permissions
Section titled “Workspace Permissions”Access to workspaces and their modules is controlled by your user permissions. If you don’t see a workspace or module, contact your administrator to request access.
